临时定场&取消定场规定
您好！进入夏季以来，由于天气多变，雷雨天气较多，造成会员当日临时定场情况频发，进而影响了部分会员的预定。为俱乐部各部门能更好的为会员提供服务，满足更多会员的定场需求，使运营的派发做到合理而有序，俱乐部特作出如下规定，请会员了解并悉知。
Dear Members:
As we are now well into summer, due to the changeable summer weather and frequent thunderstorms, more members prefer to book a tee time on the same day, which affects some other members’ reservations. In order to provide the best service for our members, meet our members’ reservation needs, and make the operational distribution work more rational and well ordered, The Players Club has prepared the following rules for your perusal:
2019年8月1日起，对于当日临时定场的会员，俱乐部仅提供双包服务。（一位球童服务2位球员）
For the members who book a tee time on the same day would only be provided with the double bag services from 1st August 2019 (1 caddie for 2 golfers).
取消预订需要在开球时间前一天不晚于下午6:00办理，以便球位可空置出来供他人预订。无法及时通知取消可能会导致以下情况的发生：
For the members who book a tee time on the same day would only be provided with the double bag services from 1st August 2019 (1 caddie for 2 golfers).
Please notify the reservation desk of the cancellation of a tee time as early as possible. Cancellation should be no later than 6:00pm the day before the scheduled tee time so that someone else may be able to use the tee time. Failure to timely cancel a tee time will result in the following actions:
第一次没有及时通知取消，口头提醒
First violation will result in a verbal warning
第二次没有及时通知取消，书面提醒
Second violation will result in a written warning
第三次没有及时通知取消，每位会员会有380人民币的球位占用费，每位嘉宾会有680人民币的球位占用费
Third violation will result in penalty fees. CNY￥ 380 for each Member and CNY￥680 for each Member Guest
第四次没有及时通知取消，除上述提到的球位占用费外，会员将会失去一周的预订权
Fourth violation will result in the above-mentioned penalty fees. In addition, Member will lose their reservation privileges for 1 (one) week
